A top Russian MP, Vyacheslav Volodin, accused US President Joe Biden of masterminding the explosions on Nord Stream gas pipelines. Speaking on the second anniversary of the incident, Volodin said Biden was behind the sabotage as “his interest was to cut Western Europe off from cheap Russian gas and force it to buy it from America at a price three times higher.”
