We are seeking a talented and motivated Web and Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for updating our website, crafting refreshed and compelling descriptions of our company, jobs, products, and services. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our social media presence, improving our company profile, and overall elevating our online image.

RESPONSIBILITIES-
Website Update and Management:
Reinvigorate the company website to ensure accurate and current information (currently on wordpress).
Implement design and content improvements to enhance user experience.

Write and edit refreshed, engaging descriptions for the company, job roles, products, and services.
Develop compelling narratives that showcase the company’s values, achievements, and unique offerings.

Social Media Presence:
Manage and update social media platform presence, mainly Facebook, to maintain an active and vibrant online presence.
Create and share content that aligns with the company’s brand and values.

Company Profile Enhancement:
Collaborate with various departments to gather updated information and accomplishments to refresh the company profile.
Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.
Image Improvement:

Devise strategies to enhance the overall image of the company both internally and externally.
Implement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive company culture.

Online Presence Improvement:
Employ SEO strategies to improve the company’s visibility and ranking in search engines.
Monitor and analyze online feedback, reviews, and mentions to address concerns and highlight positive aspects.

Develop internal communication strategies to foster employee pride and engagement.
Showcase employee achievements and contributions through various channels.

Recruitment Marketing:
Craft content that excites potential candidates about joining our company.

Client Confidence Building:
Develop and share content that instills confidence in our clients.
Showcase success stories, testimonials, and industry recognition to demonstrate the company’s reliability and expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in website management and content creation.
