Iran-backed Hezbollah militant group claimed to have targeted the Israeli Defence Forces’ main air defence headquarters of the northern group command in Birya barracks in Safed town near the Israel-Lebanon border overnight. Hezbollah, in a statement, said it fired more than 20 Katyusha rockets towards the IDF HQ. This was the second attack on the Israeli town of Safed since September 12.
