In a significant development, the CBI has ruled out gangrape in the brutal rape and murder of a trainee doctor in Kolkata, with suspect Sanjay Roy identified as the sole accused. According to a eport by NDTV, the CBI has sent a medical report, including DNA evidence, to AIIMS Delhi for final analysis.
