Hamas militants have decided to attack Israelis abroad to avenge the killing of its chief, Ismail Haniyeh, according to a Channel 12 report. The report said the shift in tactics by Hamas was made just two days after Haniyeh was killed in Tehran on July 31. Both Iran and Hamas blamed Israel for killing Haniyeh, while the Jewish nation has not taken responsibility.
