We are looking for a top 1% Sharetribe specialist with deep expertise in customizing and developing marketplaces. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Sharetribe Flex and has already implemented similar projects multiple times. We are seeking someone who not only knows the platform inside out—both with and without code—but also has ready-to-use interfaces and modules to streamline the development process and save time on programming work.

Our goal is to launch a highly customized freelance marketplace for Switzerland. Below is a rough Top 10 list of the key features we aim to implement, ranked by priority and urgency:

Ruby on Rails is essential for backend development and deep customization of Sharetribe Flex.

JavaScript & React are required to adjust and expand the frontend functionality, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Payment Integration expertise is needed, particularly with integrating systems like Stripe Connect or PayPal, focusing on Escrow models and Swiss payment systems like Twint.

Time Tracking & Billing knowledge is important, specifically with integrating tools like Toggl or Harvest to track freelancers’ working hours and automate billing.

Project Management & Communication capabilities are necessary to improve or integrate project management tools and communication channels within Sharetribe.

Advanced Search & Filtering requires experience in customizing the search function to allow filtering by skills, location, rates, and availability.
