We are seeking an experienced PHP WordPress developer to create a custom WordPress theme and plugin tailored to our unique needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in developing high-performance backends and be proficient in CSS3, particularly in creating engaging animations that enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
First Milestone: Develop a detailed mockup of the custom WordPress theme and plugin. This mockup will be used to gauge market response and gather feedback before full-scale development begins.
Create a custom WordPress theme (skin) from scratch, ensuring it meets our specific design and functionality requirements.
Develop custom plugins to extend WordPress functionality, integrating seamlessly with the custom theme.
Optimize the backend for performance, focusing on speed, scalability, and security.
Implement CSS3 animations that are smooth, responsive, and compatible across all modern browsers.
Collaborate with our design team to ensure the final product matches the intended look and feel.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring the site functions correctly across all devices and browsers.
Provide post-launch support for any updates, fixes, or improvements needed.

Requirements:
Proven experience in PHP and WordPress development.
Extensive experience with custom theme and plugin development.
Strong understanding of backend optimization techniques for WordPress.
Proficiency in CSS3, with a focus on animations and modern design techniques.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Create a detailed mockup to be reviewed by our target audience, allowing us to validate the design and functionality before moving forward with full development.
