I have recently had a custom shopify app created to automate customer order emails through to my supplier. However there are two significant problems with this app, and I would like a full rework of it.

The main problem is that I keep getting automated emails sent through every few minutes, even though the test orders have been deleted. There is some kind of bug in the code that is looping this automated email to my supplier (and CC’ing in me). This needs to be fixed, so that there is no repetitive loop.

The secondary revision I would like, is for this custom app to have a front end in shopify so that I can alter the automated email if needed, add fields, change text, and keep track of things from the shopify environment.

The first task is URGENT – I am receiving these automated emails every two minutes. I need this work done today. The second task is no rush, but keen to finalise over the next 2-3 weeks.
