We are seeking a software developer to assist us in building a racket sport (Padel, Tennis, etc.) tournament scheduling software. The software should be able to handle multiple tournaments, create and manage brackets, and generate match schedules. The ideal candidate will have at least a basic understanding of racket sports. Responsibilities will include designing and developing the software, testing and debugging, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. The candidate should be proficient in programming languages such as Java or Python, have knowledge of database management systems, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Experience with web development and user interface design is a plus.

This project is initially for personal use so the budget is fairly low. We are looking for programmers willing to work for a reasonable rate and potentially develop their own skills at the same time. We will be very available to work with you and can provide very detailed instructions on the functionality and formulas required. We have a very in-depth set of Google Sheets and Slide already developed that mimic the needs of the software we’d like to build. This project has the potential for long term employment if the initial build is strong as we will want to add more features.

We would like to incorporate this with our existing CRM software which can be used for the features such as online sign up, and all of the participant data of the system. This software build will then need to communicate with our CRM software and then have features for round-robin, bracket, knock-out, and other tournament types and have the ability to schedule the tournaments while looking for conflicts such as participants playing at times too close together.

More details can be provided to interested applicants.

Thank you
