Hi – we’re hosting our Rails app on AWS through Hatchbox.io. We’ve run into an issue in our staging/production environments that we’re unable to debug and need assistance.

The issue seems to be that the process our application is running on (puma) cannot access the CLI packages/programs installed on the server. Our code and tests all run locally without an issue, and when we SSH into the staging or production server we’re able to verify the required packages are installed and properly configured.

We need someone who can hop in and quickly help us find a solution to this issue. While we have posted an hourly rate, we’ll give a $100 bonus to the person who can solve it!

Please note, we’re only going to hire an expert who understands the Rails framework, Ruby programming, and advanced configurations on deployment/production environments.

Hourly Range: $75.00-$100.00
