Job Description:
We are seeking a remote, part-time Flutter Developer to take our app from beta to version 1. The app is built using Flutter, with MongoDB as the backend database. The primary focus will be on backend development, though experience with frontend development is highly desirable. The developer will work independently but will play a crucial role in improving the app’s functionality, usability, and overall user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Enhance User Onboarding: Address inconsistencies in the current onboarding process to create a seamless experience for new users.
Streamline Game Creation: Reduce the number of clicks required to create a game, ensuring a quicker and more intuitive process.
Implement Feedback Mechanism: Introduce a feedback system to capture user experiences and improve app interactions.
Revamp User Interface: Design and implement a more engaging and user-friendly UI that enhances overall user satisfaction.
Improve Authentication Process: Optimize the authentication flow to make it more user-friendly and secure.
Technical Requirements:

Technology Stack: Proficiency in Flutter and MongoDB.
Backend Focus: Strong experience in backend development, with the ability to handle frontend tasks as needed.
Development Approach: Ability to work in a hybrid waterfall-agile environment.
Tools: Comfortable using Slack for core communication and project coordination.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in Flutter development, particularly in taking apps from beta to full release.
Strong understanding of backend development and database management (MongoDB).
Experience with UI/UX design and frontend development is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Excellent communication skills, with a willingness to provide guidance and share expertise.

Work Environment: Flexible, with an emphasis on effective communication and collaboration through Slack.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$30.00
