The primary goal of this project is to optimize the use of IRIS CRM to fully leverage its robust features, automate lead intake and qualification processes, streamline the workflow of the inside sales team, and implement various enhancements to improve overall efficiency and communication.

We have been using IRIS for about +7 years but not at its full capacity and are now in the look out for someone that has extensive EXPERIENCE with the MERCHANT SERVICES INDUSTRY and IRIS CRM, to start a project to deploy our operations workflow in IRIS CRM.
