We are looking for an experienced developer to create a custom chatbot that can handle standard and repetitive customer inquiries within the Trengo platform. The bot should be able to process natural language queries, provide automated responses, and integrate seamlessly with our current Trengo setup.

Key Requirements:

Experience with Trengo: You should have prior experience working with the Trengo platform, including its API and integrations.
Natural Language Processing (NLP): The bot should be able to understand and respond to natural language inputs. Familiarity with platforms like Dialogflow, Rasa, or similar NLP frameworks is a plus.
Automated Workflows: The bot should handle common customer queries, provide automated responses, and escalate complex issues to human agents when necessary.
Multi-channel Support: The bot should be able to interact with customers across multiple channels (email, chat, social media) within Trengo.
Integration Skills: Ability to integrate the bot with our existing CRM, customer databases, and other tools we use.
Customizable Responses: We should be able to easily update and modify the bot’s responses as our needs evolve.
Analytics and Reporting: The bot should provide insights into customer interactions, including response effectiveness, common queries, and areas for improvement.
Desired Skills:

Trengo API and Webhooks
Experience with Chatbot Development (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow, or similar)
Python/JavaScript (or relevant programming languages for API integration)
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service workflows
Good communication and ability to deliver on time
Project Timeline:

We would like to have the chatbot fully operational within 4-6 weeks.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$45.00
