Cloudflare’s Web Strategy team is seeking a Web Producer who will build and maintain the diverse range of web pages on www.cloudflare.com. This role centers around building and maintaining pages within our content management system (Contentful), enhancing user experience (UX) on our key web pages, ensuring quality and consistency with thorough QA, and using advanced front-end development as needed to solve web experience challenges. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of technical, problem-solving, and task management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

– Content management: Update, maintain, and optimize content on key pages.
– Task prioritization: Effectively manage and prioritize a multitude of tasks and projects to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion.
– Deadline adherence: Maintain a strong commitment to meeting project timelines, balancing speed with quality.
– Adherence to design: Build pages that accurately adhere to design specifications.
– Front-end development: Employ advanced front-end coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) for A/B testing.
– Page retirement: Archive outdated or redundant pages to keep the website current and relevant.
– Issue resolution: Proactively monitor the website for issues, collaborating with page owners for resolution or directly addressing them.
– Strategic page creation: Contribute to the creation of high-priority pages and microsites, providing expert advice during the planning stages.
– Localization preparation: Systematically tag new pages for localization to ensure they are accessible and relevant globally.

Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

– 3+ years of experience in digital/web content production, eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
– Expertise in using enterprise Content Management Systems, preferably Contentful.
– Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adhere to strict deadlines.
– High level of attention to detail, accountability, initiative, flexibility, and a results-driven mindset.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
– Advanced proficiency in front-end web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
