adminWe are building an internal dashboard that manages our companies workflow and SOPs. This dashboard consolidates information via API calls from a half dozen different applications, stores it in a database, and then presents that information in custom formats that outline the day to day procedures for each department in our company.
We already have several intermediate level developers, but we are missing a key component: a professional, knowledgeable, supervisor-oriented project manager that will oversee all development tasks and direct our team to efficient success.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Full Stack Developer with 100% confidence in building and managing front and back end of custom applications.
– 5+ years in Project Manager, technical director, or CTO roles
– Expert knowledge of the components, uses, & limitations or PHP, SQL, Laravel, API, React, JavaScript, and other languages used to build and run scalable web applications
– Project Manager mentality: ability to understand all goals and then direct the development of our applications to accomplish them.
– Ability to lead our team BUT ALSO step in and code when necessary.
– Completely Fluent English and an ability to explain technical details to non-technical managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Learn and understand all components of our current dev stack
– Lead weekly meetings to outline goals and review completions
– Direct our dev team: tell us why, how, and what to do to get the job done.
– Manage deadlines, debug issues, and ensure proper deployments
This position may require more time up front, but will eventually be about 5 hours per week, primarily to lead weekly meetings and keep our team on track.
Hourly Range: $25.00-$50.00
