We are looking for an experienced React developer with a keen eye for design and an in-depth understanding of Tailwind CSS to transform Figma designs into flawless, pixel-perfect web interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to implement complex UI components with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

    Convert detailed Figma designs into high-quality, responsive React components using Tailwind CSS.
    Ensure that all components and pages match the design specifications exactly, with a focus on pixel-perfect accuracy.
    Collaborate with our design and development teams to implement feedback and make adjustments as necessary.
    Maintain clean, reusable code and adhere to best practices in React and Tailwind development.
    Optimize components for maximum performance across a variety of web-capable devices and browsers.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in building pixel-perfect UIs with React and Tailwind CSS.
    Strong understanding of CSS, including best practices for responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
    Ability to work with Figma design files, ensuring accurate implementation down to the smallest detail.
    Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
    Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.

Bonus Skills:

    Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
    Experience with TypeScript in a React environment.
    Knowledge of animation libraries and experience in implementing interactive components.
