We need a website for meal prep for companies to use to order meals for their employees. Managers of certain teams at the company will open accounts and then they will have profiles representing members on their team.

PRIMARY FEATURES

– Elementor Page builder for 5 informational pages

– Account Creation Need with Login Functionality with 2 Step Authentication & Password Reset and Ecommerce Workflow

– Account Creation is done by 1 Person and Each Account needs to allow the creation of multiple profiles for that account representing people on their team (i.e. each person gets a profile)

– The primary account holders are managers with companies ordering meal prep for members on their team

– The Product Level page will need to include 1. Selecting the Profile i.e. the Person first 2. Within a given week Monday – Friday 1 of 3 meal options can be selected Example. Monday 8/13 this meal…Tuesday 8/14 this meal…etc. (Then once this is done – Add to Cart & Account Owner can checkout OR Add another profile + Food selections to cart)

– Cut Off Date Needed for ordering: Order deadline is the Friday prior at noon for the following week (Ex. 8/19 – 8/23 food orders need to be in by 8/16 at 12 noon)

– Should be able to modify the order at the cart view

– Admin will load in the companies we have contracts with, so when the account holder is ordering for their team they will select their company with address and suite # within their building from a drop down on the checkout page (this will need to be preloaded in by the admin) i.e. this will be on the checkout page *Account owners will need to find their address from the address book in the website because the address has already been loaded in AND when a certain address is added in – the suite # should be dynamic to show available suite #s that have been loaded in from the admin for that address

– Payment can be made one time and/or payment method need to be saved on file (using Stripe)
– Allow refunds to be initiated  via the admin within WooCommerce using Stripe (No Stripe login required)

– Table view for Admin to load in menus (WooCommerce product creation default view using variables will not be easy to use) *We are looking for a table to load in menu items for a month with 3 food options for each day BUT only allow ordering 1 week out

– Admin be able to pull a report by orders by company location to know ALL deliveries that need to be made to that location

REQUIREMENTS

✔ 5+ years experience as a WordPress developer
✔ 5+ years experience with Full Stack development
✔ 5+ years experience with API experience
