As a Senior Software Engineer, you will help solve challenging problems in a developer-first work environment. You will take ownership of business requirements and deliver them across the full stack. We use TypeScript with MERN + AWS.

What You’ll Do

Write easily maintainable code (React, Node.js, TypeScript) that transforms complex business requirements into elegant, performant solutions.
Own features end-to-end with development in both the backend and frontend (70/30 split).
Work closely with the product team to help shape new features.
Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Technical Requirements

Minimum Bachelor-level qualification in software engineering or related field.
8+ years experience as a Software Engineer in a professional setting.
Advanced understanding of TypeScript, Node.js, React, and related technologies.
Proven track record in software design and system architecture.
Experience with functional programming languages is a plus.
Experience with AWS and MongoDB is a plus.
