We are looking for a talented designer who can work with us as we build a brand new customer onboarding experience for our financial product.

This onboarding flow is for:
– Members who register to use our app
– Admins who need to provide basic information before we allow them to manage members
    – Admins will go through an abbreviated version of the onboarding

The flow includes:
– Login page, registration page for our app
– 8-10 screen onboarding flow for customers to provide us with information

What we already have:
– We already have a diagram of screens / questions we need to ask our members as they register to become users.
– We already have engineers who are ready to develop any designs that are provided.
– We already have an app that is designed and being developed.

We are looking for a designer who:
– Has years of experience working in Figma
– Can design a beautiful, elegant onboarding flow that will provide a rich, delightful experience to our new users
– Has experience with illustrations and animations to make the onboarding come alive.
– Can work with the designs we already have to build an onboarding experience that compliments our existing experience
– Who can create for us adaptive designs for web and mobile web, as well as dark and light-themed.

We Give Special Consideration To:
– Designers who are “thought leaders”, that can collaborate with us on the user experience and are willing to push back on ideas that they disagree with
– Designers looking for full-time employment. We have a Head of Design position out and are looking for a talented person to fill it!
– Designs who have developed or worked with Lottie animations to make their designs pop
