ChromeOS has no good options for easily arranging / positioning windows on larger displays, such as large 4K TVs that are used as a display. This project is looking to change that!

We would like to build and publish as open source software a window manager for ChromeOS that works like the gTile extention for GNOME (Linux).

We have written a brief specification that is attached.
