Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Conversion Rate Optimization Expert to significantly boost our Shopify store’s performance.

This role is crucial in optimizing conversion rates, reducing cart abandonment, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will take the lead in identifying high-impact areas and implementing changes very quickly that yield measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Design and Development: Optimize web design and development to create a visually appealing, user-friendly site that drives engagement and sales. Focus on responsive design, fast load times, and intuitive navigation to enhance the user experience and ensure seamless interaction across all devices.

Checkout Process Optimization: Streamline and simplify the checkout process to reduce friction and cart abandonment, ensuring a smooth and secure user experience.

High-Quality Visuals: Improve product pages with high-quality images and videos, including 360-degree views or demos, to better engage potential customers and increase conversions.

SEO & Content Optimization: Enhance on-page SEO and develop content strategies that drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

Live Chat Implementation: Integrate a live chat feature to provide real-time customer support, helping to address concerns and reduce bounce rates.

Text Message Implementation: Integrate a Text Message feature when there is cart abandonment to increase conversions.

Email Capture & Marketing: Develop and execute strategies for capturing email addresses and building a mailing list for targeted promotions and content marketing.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Use analytics tools to continuously monitor website performance, provide insights, and recommend ongoing improvements.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in Conversion Rate Optimization for ecommerce, particularly Shopify.
Strong expertise in user experience (UX) design and optimization.
Proficient in using web analytics and A/B testing tools.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred:

Previous experience with ecommerce brands focused on high-growth strategies.

Ability to work autonomously and make data-driven decisions.
