We are a stealth-mode startup developing an innovative platform with a strong backend architecture and a dynamic front-end interface. We are seeking two skilled and motivated full-stack developers who are proficient in React and have some experience with Go. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, agile team and contribute to the development of a cutting-edge application from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the founding team to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go, focusing initially on the backend architecture.
Contribute to the development of the frontend interface using React and TypeScript, implementing responsive and user-friendly features.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure the quality and performance of the application.
Work in an Agile environment, delivering features and fixes in sprints.
Document development processes, coding standards, and best practices for future team members.
Requirements:

Proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript: Strong understanding of React components, hooks, state management, and building reusable UI components.
Experience with Go: Basic to intermediate understanding of Go for backend development, including RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
Experience with frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Understanding of version control systems: Experience with Git for version control and collaboration.
Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues independently.
Excellent communication skills: Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively with team members.
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Docker and containerization for development and deployment.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.) for backend services.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of modern development tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Prior experience working in a startup environment or on stealth projects.

Project Timeline:
The initial phase will focus on backend development, followed by frontend development. We anticipate the project to span several months with the possibility of extension based on project needs.

Hourly Range: $4.00-$7.00
