We are a Web3 Development agency looking to hire a Full-Stack Nextjs/Reactjs + Nodejs Developer preferably with Web3 experience.

Hard Skills:

Proficiency in ReactJS/NextJS with the ability to efficiently convert Figma designs and animations into high-quality code. Demonstrated experience in maintaining an organized code structure, implementing smooth interactions between components, and prioritizing User Experience (UX) in development.
Expertise in Backend Development in Node.js and MongoDB/PostgresSQL
Knowledge of web3.js/ethers.js and the capability to integrate wallets (Metamask, Rainbow wallet, web3modal) into Decentralized Applications (DApps) is valued. While templates, assistance, and trainings will be provided, a excellent understanding of these technologies is more than required.
Basic Knowledge & Experience with Solidity smart contracts, including deployment, verification, and testing is valued. Note: Additional support and guidance will be provided for complex projects.
Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, Slack, Notion, Vercel.

Soft Skills:

Proficiency in written communication in English and Good verbal communication in English. Spanish is a plus.
