I am using this modem for smart meters, and this modem should work in transparent protocol, but the main problem is that the modem is retire and stop trying to log into the gsm network after few attempts and stay offline forever, so what i am looking for is to force the modem to connect to gsm network by enhancement on the firmware and the tools to do it, using ftp or local upgrade. is that possible for you?
