Have not settled on the development environment. Open to either .net (C#) or pyton (with any relational backend). The site does the following tasks:
– after authenticating user, if admin, few tasks. If user, it presents the user with a whole series of inputs (a wizard if you will);
– after the user has entered all the info through the pages, the system allows the user to create certain documents. The user has to be able to edit the content of the documents and retrieve them at a later date but should also be able to select multiple documents (so the system merges them into one) so the user can print one document rather than a whole series of them. PDF as format is fine as long as prior to generation, the user can edit content;
– future add-ons would include allowing the user to upload certain pdf documents and extract predefined fields from them and also connection with some payment system.

If bidding on this job, please include a previous development job that relied heavily on inputs and potentially generation of documents.

My focus is on ease of use and minimal design. It’s all about user’s ability to quickly move through items and generate docs with minimal time.
