We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Feature Designer and Product Specifier to join our team on a task-based basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining features across all platforms, covering both the visual and logical aspects. You will design detailed, high-quality screens, provide clear instructions to developers, and offer feedback throughout the implementation process to ensure the final product meets our standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and document features, including both visual and functional/logical aspects, on a task-by-task basis.
Design detailed, high-quality screens for web and mobile platforms using Figma or similar design tools.
Provide clear, comprehensive instructions to developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Offer creative input and suggest improvements for better feature structure and user experience.
Collaborate with developers, providing feedback and checking the work to ensure alignment with design specifications.
Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and creative problem-solving.
Ensure consistency across all platforms, adhering to best practices in design and usability.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
Ability to create detailed design specifications, user flows, and prototypes.
Experience working closely with developers, providing guidance, feedback, and checking the implementation of designs.
Creativity and an eye for detail, with a willingness to suggest and explore new ideas for feature improvements.
Strong understanding of UX principles and how to apply them in design.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
Task-oriented and able to work independently on defined tasks with clear deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on projects across multiple platforms (web, iOS, Android).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative, iterative environment.
This is a task-based role, not a full-time position. Tasks will be assigned as needed, and the expectation is for you to deliver high-quality, creative designs and provide ongoing support to developers throughout the implementation process.
