We’re seeking a skilled and creative web designer to join our team on an ongoing basis. You’ll be responsible for designing visually stunning and user-friendly websites based on the copy we provide. This role will start with 1 to 2 jobs per month and can ramp up to 4 to 5 jobs monthly based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements and design goals.
– Create engaging, responsive, and visually appealing web designs that effectively communicate the provided copy.
– Ensure designs are user-friendly and optimized for a seamless user experience.
– Provide revisions based on feedback to achieve the desired final product.
– Adhere to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a web designer with a strong portfolio of previous work.
– Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
– Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
– Ability to create designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
– Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
