We are looking for a talented web designer to create a professional and user-friendly website for our business that specializes in providing independent director and advisory services for companies and their stakeholders.  Our focus is on situations involve complex recapitalizations, independent and objective advisory services for institutional investors and other stakeholders. The website should effectively showcase our services, highlight our expertise and background, and attract potential clients. The design should be modern, clean, and visually appealing, while maintaining a corporate and trustworthy feel.
   
   Responsibilities:
   – Collaborate with our team to understand our business objectives and target audience
   – Develop a website layout and wireframes that align with our branding and goals
   – Create visually stunning web pages with engaging content and intuitive navigation
   – Ensure the website is mobile responsive and optimized for search engines
   – Implement appropriate call-to-action buttons and forms to capture leads
   – Integrate relevant third-party tools and plugins to enhance functionality
   
   Skills needed:
   – Proficiency in web design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch)
   – Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles
   – Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
   – Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla)
   – SEO knowledge and familiarity with Google Analytics
   
   This is a medium-sized project that can be completed within 1 to 3 months. We are looking for an intermediate level web designer with experience in corporate website design.

Hourly Range: $25.00-$40.00
