Hi,
we are looking for an automation expert in Make.com. We already have an automation in Make between snov.io and Pipedrive, however, the process is still not perfect.

How does the automation ideally work?
When we start an email campaign on Snov.io we want to create deals in Pipedrive when someone replied to our email. If the deal is created in Pipedrive the reply should be visible in the deal as an email so we can response to this deal in Pipedrive.

Our problems:
1. When a prospect replied to our email, a deal is created in Pipedrive, however, if we sent him an email via Pipedrive and he replied again, then a deal is created again. So we have two same deals.

2. The email replies are saved as note in the deal in Pipedrive instead of as an email.

3. For some reason, two deals are created in Pipedrive. (see screenshot)

Please let me know if you think you can solve this problem. Furthermore, give me an estimation how long you will need and what your budget are. If you need access for better estimation then let me know.
