adminWe need a basic application, that takes a look at all our feeds to google merchant center, and sees how the data is there. Currently we are using spreadsheets, or text files to load, and its too much to manage.
We have a system where we can get inventory from our own website, and load the data. So what we want is a system, we dont care about the design that does the following:
– It can create feeds
– It can take each feed and optimize it, based on us telling that feed what brands and part numbers are in there.
– we can provide daily stock, of our entire website, we have kits, and we have single parts.
– system will fetch and then send stock, pricing, to the software
– we can set custom labels, or whatever options you suggest we put in the google merchant center so the data looks good, clean, and automated.

Lastly, we want to be able to have automated pricing changes.
So we have our kits, and our singlep arts in our system, that are basically attached to brands and we have suppliers who sends us cost.
We know based on product types, what the potential dim weights, of each brand is, which we can give you.
So if its a single, its easy, if its a kit, we need to figure out a way to solve tehe dim weight or project the dim weight of one or more pieces to get an average dim weight.
From here, we will set rules based on dim weights for freight, so example, dim weight 1-10 = $10, dim weight 11-25 = $30
If certain brands are zero freight, then we dont need to consider freight.
We can then have a system which tells us pricing updates to make in our website.
Once done, it will also send that pricing updates to our google merchant center feed so pricing is automatically updated.
This ensures we’re always profitable, even if a supplier changes their price to us.
