Short Description of the Job Role:

We are looking for a certified Scrum Master to join our team at Dockflow on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will facilitate agile processes, ensuring smooth project execution and effective team collaboration. You will guide our development teams in Scrum practices, helping them to achieve their goals efficiently and deliver high-quality results. 📈🚀

Responsibilities:

    Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. 🏆
    Help teams adhere to Scrum principles and best practices, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. 🤝
    Remove obstacles and impediments that may hinder the team’s progress. 🚧
    Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals. 💬
    Monitor and report on sprint progress, ensuring that deliverables are on track and meet quality standards. 📊
    Support continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and facilitating agile training sessions. 📚
    Assist in managing the product backlog, prioritizing tasks, and aligning them with project goals. 📋
    Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks. 🛠️

Requirements:

    Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required. 📜
    Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within agile environments. 🧑‍💼
    Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies and agile principles. 🧠
    Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 💬
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a part-time capacity. 🏃‍♂️
    Experience in the logistics or technology industry is a plus, but not required. 🚚

Time Commitment:

This position is part-time, with approximately 5-10 hours per week. The role offers flexibility in scheduling to accommodate project needs and team availability.
