I need to create webpage where it is possible to register.
Registered users can log in and post their own events. they can set multiple values for events or edit existing ones.
Once that is done regular site visitors without registration can then browse those events in a list and calendar and look at detailed information about events and if they want it they can buy tickets for them.
Additionally registered users can post their event place to rent. Registered user can choose witch hours of the day place is available split in few hour parts and regular visitors can book any part that is available.

Additionally webpage has admin user that can edit or delete all of the events or event places. Admin also has power over registered users and Admin can also write blog posts. And admin has option to edit multiple static texts. Web page will be in Latvian, It would be nice to create text file where you can add  translations to all static text to be able to add additional languages to webpage

I have attached technical specification and exported figma design. And final webpage should look as close as possible to designs.
I already have host with cPanel where I need that webpage to work at the end.
I DONT need WordPress solution because it limits design options and it always include yearly subscription to some parts of the code

When booking events user should be able to pay by card and I hope you can offer solution on how it can be done.
