Purpose: Showcase a marketing agency that operates with no upfront costs, leveraging experienced independent marketers. The agency is flexible, up-to-date with the latest trends, and cost-effective due to no physical office and commission-based payments.
Target Audience: Businesses in Australia.
Design Requirements:
Color Palette: Modern and professional with shades of blue and grey, accented with white for a clean look.

Website 2: Airbnb Management Agency

Purpose: Present an Airbnb management agency known for its flexibility, reliability, and experience.
Target Audience: Property owners looking for management services.
Design Requirements:
Color Palette: Warm and welcoming with tones of green and beige, accented with white for a trustworthy feel.

Develop three professional-looking, simple yet trustworthy websites.
Optimize these websites for superior performance on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.

Website 3: Chemical Manufacturing Company

Purpose: Highlight an experienced business in Chile manufacturing various chemical products, ranging from household cleaning products to agricultural, construction, and mining products. This website will be an e-commerce platform focused on ad performance.
Target Audience: Businesses and consumers in need of chemical products.
Design Requirements:
Color Palette: Trustworthy and professional with shades of blue and green, accented with white for a scientific and serious look.

Qualifications:

Activities: Discussions, planning, and finalizing design preferences, hosting options, and domain names.

Activities: Creating mockups, reviewing designs, and making adjustments based on feedback.
Development Phase (3 weeks):

Estimated Hours: 45 hours
Activities: Building the websites, implementing features, and optimizing performance and responsiveness.
