If you possess expertise in WordPress and Elementor Pro, coupled with a fundamental understanding of PHP, JavaScript, APIs, XML, Figma, and SEO principles, we’d love to connect with you.

We have options for both full and part-time roles and the positions are 100% remote, although we do prefer candidates on a Europe, Middle East or Asia time zone due to the locations of our existing team and clients.

Responsibilities:
– Develop new WordPress websites to a high technical standard using Elementor Pro.
– Implement custom functionality depending on client requirements i.e. application forms, data lookups, property listing feeds (via API or XML) etc.
– Be responsible for detailed maintenance and technical audits across multiple client and in-house websites, implementing fixes and improvements to ensure optimal performance, adhere to SEO policies and cultivate a positive user experience at all times.
– Ensure responsiveness and optimal viewing across various devices.
– Continuously analyse and optimise website performance.
Collaborate with the wider team to translate Figma designs to live web pages.
– Ensure that websites adhere to detailed SEO principles.
– Regularly update websites based on feedback, analytics, and new content.
– Proactively troubleshoot and resolve website technical issues.
– Utilise tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Google PageSpeed Insights, GTMetrix etc. to highlight areas for improvement and implement any necessary fixes.
– Assist with ad-hoc technical requirements using tools such as Zapier, Salesforce, Campaign Monitor etc.

Communication and project management will largely take place via simple online collaboration tools, so being proactive and communicative is crucial.

Skills & Experience:

Essential
– WordPress and Elementor Pro
– PHP and JavaScript
– Strong understanding of HTML / CSS
– Proficient knowledge of API calls and XML feeds
– Working knowledge of typical digital marketing tracking requirements such as UTM parameters and cookies
– Experience connecting websites with CRMs such as Salesforce
– Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
– Experienced with Semrush, Google PageSpeed Insights, GTMetrix and similar tools
– Technical SEO understanding
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Desirable
– Expertise in other web development frameworks
– Familiarity with other CMS platforms
– Knowledge of WordPress themes and plugins used for managing real estate listings, booking platforms etc.
– Familiar with platforms such as Zapier, email marketing software, Meta Ads, Google Analytics etc.
