Assess the quality, performance, and security of the codebase.
Identify and document any issues or areas for improvement.
Ensure best practices are being followed for database management, React, PostgreSQL, Python, Azure, and web application development.
Provide recommendations for optimization and enhancement.
Collaborate with our internal team to ensure a smooth transition if necessary.
Prepare detailed reports on findings and suggested improvements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in code review and software consultancy.
Expertise in database management, particularly with PostgreSQL.
Strong proficiency in React and web application development.
Extensive experience with Python and Azure.
Solid understanding of software development best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with similar projects or in a consultancy role.
Strong portfolio of past code reviews and recommendations.
Familiarity with additional technologies or frameworks relevant to web development.
