We are looking for a Senior React Developer with a strong background in Redux state management to add to our small team of individuals who can work closely and efficiently with the founder of a ground-breaking website.
This role is crucial for my boss to find the perfect fit so that he doesn’t have to put in 18-20 hour days of strictly coding for this project anymore. Our small team is dedicated to creating high-quality, user-centric applications. You will help develop and maintain an innovative website that helps the user create an app to improve the hiring process for job seekers and employers. You must be willing to not only fully engage yourself in the project at hand, but also be a team player and be able to work with the rest of our team on occasion as well.

Responsibilities:
-Utilize React Query for efficient data fetching and caching.
-Develop and maintain web applications using React.
-Collaborate closely with the company’s founder to create exceptional user experiences.
-Ensure code quality and maintainability through adherence to best practices and participation in code reviews.
-Optimize application performance and address scalability concerns.
-Actively contribute to technical discussions and decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications:
-Expert with Redux Toolkit, Redux Persist, Redux Saga, and Redux Query.
-Extensive experience with React and its ecosystem.
-Solid understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
-Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
-Understanding of REST APIs and their integration with front-end applications.
-Familiarity with Next.js 14 (App Router).
-Familiarity with Recoil or some component-level state management.
-Knowledge of Tailwind CSS for styling.
