We are seeking an experienced individual or agency to prototype and develop an automation tool, likely using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. The tool will streamline and automate various tasks within our organization, improving efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Microsoft tools and integration and extensive experience in building robust and scalable automation solutions.

Deliverables needed:
– Phase 1: Tool prototype with the ability to be accessed by up to 10 users
– Phase 2: Final branded tool delivery
– Ongoing support may be needed if the tool crosses the finish line.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design the automation tool
– Develop and test Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to automate manual processes
– Integrate the automation tool with existing systems and databases
– Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after implementation

Skills:
– Proficient in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
– Strong knowledge of building complex workflows and automation solutions
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
