We are seeking a skilled developer to assist with a one-time migration of emails from Pipedrive to Monday.com for a client. The ideal candidate will have experience with data migration, API integration, and a strong understanding of data privacy and security protocols.

Project Overview:
– Scope: One-time migration of emails and attachments from Pipedrive to Monday.com.
– Data Volume: Approximately 1000 contacts, 200 deals, and an estimated data volume of less than 4GB.
– Requirements: A script the client can implement themselves due to strict data privacy regulations. No third-party services can be used.
– Technical Environment: The client’s emails and attachments are stored as records within Pipedrive. The emails will need to be added to Monday.com items as updates, sorted chronologically.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop a secure script for migrating emails and attachments from Pipedrive to Monday.com.
2. Ensure the script can be run by the client without the need for third-party services.
3. Confirm the current data structure and environment within Pipedrive.
4. Map and format the migrated data to fit within Monday.com’s structure.
5. Provide documentation and support for running the script.
Ensure compliance with the client’s data privacy and security requirements. I will help with this.

Requirements:
– Proven experience with data migration projects.
Strong knowledge of Pipedrive and Monday.com APIs.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with financial market data and compliance.
