Description:
We are looking to develop a more user-friendly system to replace our current project management tool, JIRA. Our new system should integrate functionalities from Adversus (calling program), DINERO (invoice program) and other features as outlined below to improve efficiency for our subcontractors, who primarily interact with customers. The goal is to automate communication and streamline workflow.
Key Features Required:
– CRM overview of all customers and data synced with Adversus.
– Ability to view offers sent to customers via Adversus in maybe Podio (or a similar system).
– View email correspondence with customers directly in the system.
– Automated SMS and email flow confirming cleaning and painting dates, including terms and conditions from the subcontractor’s email.
– Dashboard showing cancellations and task stages.
– Communication capability with customers and subcontractors, maintaining focus on customer status.
– Support system for task management, such as handling complaints and process tracking.
– Integration with our invoicing system to easily view and manage customer invoices, with direct access in the new system.
– Calendar for subcontractors to view and reschedule customer appointments, with notifications sent via SMS and email.
– Ability for subcontractors to send additional product offers to customers.
Preferred Skills:
– Experience with CRM and task management system development
– Proficiency in integrating various communication tools (SMS, email)
– Strong skills in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
– Familiarity with Adversus is a plus
