We need a lead capture page copied into our Kartra account so we as a licensee can make changes with our own pictures on our lead page after it is copied over to our Kartra account.  There are four videos and right now we only have code for one of the videos so we would like placeholders where the videos go,  The lead capture page is https://mymetabolicreset.ca/program                           Where it says schedule a call we will have to put our links to our calendar in there as well, We would like a fixed price to do this and are looking to have someone who we could potentially work with long term on this project and others.
