Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Software Designer with expertise FIGMA and tech stack support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with FIGMA for software design and be familiar with tech tools such as AWS, GitHub, MongoDB, vendor embeds (e.g., eSignature panels), and other vendor API protocols. This role involves close collaboration with our development team to ensure the successful completion of our online staffing platform project, which matches job seeker profiles with employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
– Utilize FIGMA for web app/software design.
– Support and maintain our tech stack, including AWS, GitHub, MongoDB, and vendor APIs.
– Collaborate with the development team to ensure project milestones are met.
– Assist in the final phase of design and development for our live online staffing platform.

Requirements:
– Demonstrated professional experience with FIGMA for web app/software design.
– Proficiency with tech tools such as AWS, GitHub, MongoDB, and vendor APIs.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members – verbally and in writing.
– Availability for a team meeting at least once per week (1-hour meetings typically in the mornings in US-Mountain Time).
– Detail-oriented, prompt, courteous, and professional.

Additional Information:
– Estimated weekly time requirement: 5-10 hours, depending on experience.
– Potential for long-term project role.
– The project is 80-85% complete and has formally launched MVP and Phase 2.  We are finalizing Phase 3 now.
– Our development team primarily consists of Latin descent members who speak fluent English.
