I have a data/ERP/CRM migration project kicking off on which I need some professional help. Here is the summary:

– We are a construction business with most of our operations and sales happening offline
– We use a legacy Windows App called Wizard (the website says cloud based but they’re not really – we have physical servers hosting it)

– I would like to migrate off of Wizard and onto alternative tool or tools, covering accounting, payroll, CRM, inventory management

My request from this project is in 3 parts:
1- Assessment of our current tools/data setup, quality, reliability…
2- Export of all data in digestible ways in order to remove the reliance on the legacy tool
3- Recommendation of 1-few tools/data setup to replace our current one
4- If recommendation is agreed, support in executing the migration
