Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced developer to join our team and lead the development of an AI-Driven CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with both frontend and backend technologies, as well as a strong understanding of AI integration, database management, and cloud hosting services.

Mandatory Skills:
Technology Stack
Frontend: React.js
Backend: Node.js
Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB (or any NoSQL DB)

Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing CRM platforms or similar enterprise-level applications.
Experience with AI-driven customer engagement and sales tools.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA).

Responsibilities:
Lead the development of the AI-driven CRM platform from concept to deployment.
Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend services.
Develop user-friendly and responsive frontend interfaces.
Integrate AI and machine learning models into the CRM platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain and optimize the platform for performance, scalability, and security.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Hourly Range: $8.00-$20.00
