Lead a team of Mobile Frontend Developers (iOS Swift, Android Kotlin, and React Native)
Manage task and module division, estimation, and code review
Design and implement reusable and critical mobile application components
Oversee the architectural design and technical direction of our mobile applications
Collaborate with product managers to understand the product roadmap and translate it into actionable development plans
Participate in A/B testing, task prioritization for sprints, and analyze application performance metrics
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by implementing CI/CD pipelines, robust test suites, and comprehensive development documentation
Evaluate the feasibility of proposed mobile features and provide technical guidance
Develop tools and applications using clean and efficient coding practices
Foster a collaborative team environment by mentoring junior developers
Review and debug code to ensure quality and adherence to best practices
Experience with mobile performance optimization techniques
Possess a strong understanding of mobile development principles and best practices (bonus points for knowledge of ReactJS)

Qualifications

8-10 years of experience as a Mobile Frontend Lead or similar role
Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing mobile development teams
In-depth experience with mobile development frameworks (iOS Swift, Android Kotlin, and React Native)
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and development documentation
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Passion for building innovative mobile products and a commitment to continuous learning
