Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
*Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
*Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
*Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on product quality.
*Automate repetitive testing tasks using tools like Selenium, QTP, or other test automation frameworks.
*Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
*Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices for quality assurance.
*Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
*Provide regular updates on test progress, quality status, and defect resolution.

Required Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
*Proven experience as a Salesforce QA Engineer or similar role.
*Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
*Proficiency in using QA tools such as Selenium, QTP, JIRA, or similar.
*Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages.
*Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:
*Strong knowledge in Agile ceremonies.
*Ability to create reports to pull specific data and join tables to retrieve requested data.
*Understanding of Salesforce architecture.
*Experience with Lambda/Browser Stack for mobile testing.
*Expertise in Azure DevOps.
*Extensive experience with JIRA tool.

Hourly Range: $8.00-$12.00
