Since Sitali Pty Ltd commenced we have managed our filing systems through individual OneDrives, sharing access to files as they are required. Now the team is growing and we need to setup a SharePoint drive so the teams can collaborate efficiently and documents are available to all (dependent on access levels).

I’ve had a go at developing a SharePoint site but instantly realised my knowledge is not at the level required, Hub sites, team sites comms sites etc etc all went over my head. I’ve created a landing page and a whole list of teams sites but the system is a mess and I’m looking for someone skilled and experienced in SharePoint design to come in and take over / fix the work I’ve done to date (or simply delete it and start again).

I know SharePoint can be integrated into MS Teams, and Outlook via Groups and site email address’, keen for the site to have this functionality. Sitali has branding logos and colour pallets that the site must adhere to (I can provide those).

I’d like the following phases of work:
– Work with me to understand the requirements (we’re a friendly group so working collaboratively is important to us)
– Develop a mock up / architecture map on a page to review including the access levels / roles for each layer of management
– Build the landing page, sites and folder structures etc for each
– Integrate into Outlook / Teams (unsure how that would work)
– Test and handover the administrative access for the site to me so I can manage it going forward.

No idea how long these things take, hoping it will be done by the end of August?! Happy for the developer to be based anywhere in the world but they must be available during work hours in Sydney Australia time for the completion of this job.
