We are a dynamic Los Angeles-based Brand agency looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team on an on-demand basis. We have several exciting projects in the pipeline and need a designer who can bring our visions to life through exceptional user interfaces and experiences.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our team to design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for various web and mobile applications.
Utilize Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Participate in weekly meetings to discuss project progress and align on goals.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in Figma is a must.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Must be locally based in Los Angeles for occasional in-person meetings.
Availability to work on-demand with flexible hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in branding and graphic design.
Familiarity with WordPress and web development processes.
Ability to create animations and interactive prototypes.
