Responsibilities:

Develop and implement advanced automation solutions within Zendesk to address frequent user queries:
"I want to rent a home, how do I do it?"
"I want to cancel my subscription, how do I do it?"
"You charged X from my account, why is that?"
Customize and optimize the Zendesk AI Chatbot for efficient user guidance and satisfaction.
Ensure seamless transition to human support for unresolved issues.
Continuously improve the automation processes to enhance user experience.
Requirements:

Proven experience in Zendesk automation and chatbot customization.
Strong understanding of user experience design.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
