Requirements:
1. Fluent written and spoken US English. Frequent voice communications complemented with text and diagrams (sketches or Lucid). Frequent Zoom calls.
2. Iterative development based on incomplete or loosely defined requirements. Frequent changes or modifications.
3. Good, well written code + comments + just enough documentation.
4. Maintainable code with test-first development.

Selection process:
1. You will be given a task to prove competence – design and write a simple modification to Zulip.
