We need to build a marketplace where people can publish their own announcements. The categories of the announcements will include:
– House/office rentals (by hours or by days, the announcer should decide)
– Furniture rentals (by hours or by days, the announcer should decide)
– Professional services (by hours or days, the announcer should decide)
– Other rentals

Some initial requirements:

Transactions/payments must be fulfilled in the marketplace.

Users should be able to login with Google and/or Microsoft accounts.

Each announcer should be able to access a Dashboard where they can monitor their earnings and transactions.

When the rental is confirmed, the corresponding time block should be scheduled and synchronized with the calendar of the announcer (Gmail or Outlook).

The applicant must propose the best option for the hosting and the domain.
